Returns Policy & Exchanges

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange. Proof of purchase required (reference order number). Seasonal items and Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.



All pre-orders are nonrefundable and are final sale. You can swap the same item for a different size in the same style and color if available but must pay shipping to get the original item back to us and shipping for the exchanged item. Payment plans must be paid within 7 days of receiving ready to ship invoice. If balance is not paid within 7 days your order will be cancelled and no refunds will be made.


Store Credit and Exchanges (for defective or damaged products)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Send us an email at Proof of purchase (order number) required. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit or exchange. If you are approved for a store credit, it will be sent to your email.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a credit, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your credit.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
