Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange. Exclusions apply, see below. We do not offer returns or refunds.

All pre-orders (including, but not limited to Kickee Pant & Posh peanut) and Holiday Collections are nonrefundable and are final sale. You can swap the same item for a different size in the same style and color if available but must pay shipping to get the original item back to us and shipping for the exchanged item. Payment plans (including, but not limited to Kickee Pant & Posh peanut) must be paid within 7 days of receiving ready to ship invoice. If balance is not paid within 7 days your order will be cancelled and no refunds will be made.
Store Credit (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit.
If you are approved, a store credit will sent to your email.
Last Chance (Sale) items (if applicable)
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: 202 N West St Rockwall, TX 75087. You must contact us beforehand

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a credit, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your credit.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
